I was afraid of AS-IS home buyers. I had heard stories of bate and switch situations. However, when we received a offer in the mail for a very fair price on our rental property, I decided to review OC Home Buyers and then start the home buying process. All the reviews where very positive! Going through the entire process with them we now understand why! To our surprise, the initial contract had provisions to protect us as well as them. There were some minor things that concerned us, and they responded positively to each concern. They were great through the entire process! We had a difficult situation with our renters. They did not move out on time, stopped paying rent and stopped talking to us. Thank GOD for Jennifer, the lady that managed the contract for OC Home Buys. The original contract included them moving our renters to their new place. She stayed in contact with them and helped them get out. Thank GOD!!!!

Easiest real estate transaction I have ever done! Recently I’ve hired movers to move across the country, bought a new house, and sold my old house. Husband was retiring and we planned to move up north. OC Home Buyers gave us a price for our home that we couldn’t refuse. It was so easy. No last minute people stopping by to see the house. No stressing about fixing little things here and there. It was the best choice for us. There were items we were unable to take. OC Home Buyers donated those items to the charity of our choice, children’s cancer. The only thing I would recommend is make sure you are ready to move out the day escrow closes. We thought you close escrow and had 3 days to move out, that was not the case for us. We had to move out 3 days earlier than anticipated and 10% of our funds from the sale of our home were held until we vacated the property. Note: Funds were immediately released upon verification we vacated the property. We would definitely go this route again. The staff at OC Home Buyers are very friendly and respond quickly to any questions that come up.
